Tile Color Changes

I bought a few tile apps to make some maps.

When I place the tile it shows up much darker than the original tile.

I have attached an example of how the Water tile is one color, but when I place it, it becomes much darker.

Could someone let me know if I am doing something wrong.

All tiles look darker when placed. Not sure why.

Just doing a bit of testing, and the tiles seem to be darker due to the lack of ambient lighting.

Same tile left and right, left without ambient lighting, right with ambient sunlight set.

If Enable/Disable Lighting on the play tab is disabled, it shows up without the darkening effect as well.
