Custom Items 5E

Good morning all,
This is a minor issue - I usually wait and see if things get fixed, but it has been around for some time.

When I create a custom item and put a hyperlink to a spell or other item, the text of that spell/item appears above, and I can't get rid of it.
As per attached screenshots.

Again, nothing disastrous, but my players are easily confused...

I'm not seeing this but I think I need more steps to enable me to see what it is you are doing to reproduce this.

Also Are you using any extensions? And does this happen in a new campaign without extensions?

Sigh, obviously I am!
You need a "Before you post, try it without extensions or you will look like an arse" warning button :-)
Right, trying various options, it's the Equipped Effects ext - I will get onto their Discord and I am very sorry to have bothered you.

Don't be too hard on yourself. It's easy to forget you have extensions running. And seasons greetings to you as well.
