The new setting, Desktop: Restore Windows On Start

When you push the map to the background once, it will not remember that map being open at all.

Currently, the restore windows on start does not interact with any of the panels (i.e. desktop elements vs. floating windows). That would be a future enhancement for special panels, like the image ones.
