A UVTT (universal VTT file) is a file format developed by the maker of the DungeonDraft tool program. It's basically a package containing the image graphic data with light data and wall data combined. A number of RPG map drawing tools have implemented the format for outputting files for supporting multiple VTTs.
Copied from my response in the other thread for how to use the UVTT import in FG:
Click the import button at the bottom of the campaign Images list; and you can select a UVTT file for import.
It will unpack the UVTT file into a graphic PNG file and a metadata XML file in the campaign images folder.

Here are the screen shots.
Basic steps are:
* Open Images campaign list from the campaign desktop sidebar
* Click on the Import button in the lower right of the Images window
* Select the file you want to import (which you can filter on UVTT file types)

The issue is I have tried the 2e ruleset and 5e ruleset. The up arrow button does not exist on the image screen for either ruleset. I am using a licensed GM version that I bought in 2007. It has updated through the years and retains the license. It does give me the option to upgrade to Ultimate, so I believe this is a premium version. I also still have a license for what used to be called a players license. Have not used that on a PC.

Sounds like you're using FG Classic - which is no longer supported and doesn't get any updates since June 2021. Details here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?68964-Important-Notice-New-Product-Support-ending-June-24-2021-Fantasy-Grounds-Classic
The UVTT import is only available in FG Unity - which requires a new license.
