Hello,
Every time I use a monster from this book in an encounter I get the following errors:
Please see attachment.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any extensions running? First thing to try is opening it in a fresh campaign with no extensions to see if it is a conflict with one of them. If it opens with no errors then work through whatever extensions you are running and find the conflict. :)

Thank you I removed all extensions and I figured this out.
The ORC Soldier is broke he causes the error when in the combat tracker.
Numerous NPC's do not have the words, "To Hit" after their weapon so I'm not sure how to roll to hit with them.
I just started using Ultimate Bestiary, but I am having major problems with the NPC's.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

This module was created prior to Unity. It might need a little love and attention to the included text. There was a change to Fantasy Grounds Unity and such that might have needed to be updated and addressed. I will look at it as another community user in a fresh campaign.

Good catch! You are correct, the attack syntax or text is incomplete, and could have came from the original PDF this way. If you unlock the NPC Stat block and copy and paste the text below, it should be a temporary fix until the original can be updated officially for the the no-attack roll issue. The 'to hit' words were missing from this entry.
Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., up to three targets no more than 5 ft. apart. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 4) slashing damage.

I will take your suggestion and fix the NPC's that are missing the phrase, "To hit"
