I am trying to place a Webm spell token on the map, and I need to resize it, but the usual method of control/mouse scroll does not seem to work with these particular tokens. Is there any way to increase the size of a webm token? Thanks,
Brian B.

There is currently an issue with that on webm tokens. We have a build in the beta Test channel that addresses the issue that we plan to release this coming week.

JPG -- A couple other observations and notes. I am currently running a group of characters through an adventure in Foundry VTT, and they have some fan-based modules that allow us to link animated spell effects to spells. Needless to say, this is really cool. It would be nice to see Fantasy Grounds move in that direction as well, especially now that we have animated maps and effects. Thanks again for addressing the webm token issue. Brian B.

I believe there is a FG Forge community extension that also does that. (Spell Tokens?)

The closest you are going to come to the animated spell effects and attacks in Foundry would be to look at SilentRuin's Generic Actions extension, along with his Advantages Pointer extension. He then has a couple pre-compiled asset mods that are linked in the Generic Actions topic. You'll have to do a little work and reading to understand everything but it's fairly similar to what you are thinking of with Foundry.
Alternatively, you can use animated webm images with spells using either Diablobob's Critically Awesome Essentials & One Click Druid extension or Bratch9's Spell Tokens extension and replacing the images with animated assets.
