Psionic Caree Tab?

The Tab for Psionic Career is blanked out and cannot be accessed, also none of the Talents are available to add to a character are these supposed to be skills? And up to the GM to add manually.

The GM will first need to enable 'Use Psi Characteristic' in the options and then you can drag and drop Psi Abilities to your sheet. This will make them available.
