/Parameters to effect tables?

Is it possible to make a table that whenever I roll on it it asks for certain values?

For example I want to make a table that generates random shops for me, but I want to specify the max amount of items in the shop, the type of items in the shop, tech level, etc. meaning every time I roll on the table it will ask for those values.

Nope, not without coding a custom extension. Though you could have a set of predefined tables that call the shop table to correct number of times based on your preset number. Or you could probably even use a d0 or d1 + modifier and drag the result to your table that has a row for each predefined value that then calls the shop item table the corresponding number of times.
