Hello,
I'm the DM of the group and some of the maps in Shadow of the Dragon Queen are just grey with the pins and tokens showing, and the players are seeing the same thing. It seems like this is only a problem with maps they have already been on, though not sure if that's just a coincidence as I've only tried a handful. This is not happening in any other campaigns, but is occurring in two separate SotDQ campaigns I am running without any extensions. When I first loaded tonight's session, there was an error loading the Wakenreth map, but I am no longer getting that error when reloading. Quick screenshot attached showing two blank maps and one that is fine. Any thoughts are appreciated!

Please compile your logs and attach them here. Be sure to open the campaign and the maps that are "misbehaving" before compiling the logs.

Here you go! I've re-enabled an Aura extension but I had the same results with it off.

I swapped out the graphics with a webp version. Can you try reverting that map? It might have saved a reference to the older JPG version in your moduledb folder that keeps local edits.

Thanks Doug, reverting maps fixes the issue! Only a bummer for the Northern Wastes map in that campaign as I had masked it and uncovered as they explored each hex, but not the end of the world. I appreciate the quick response!

Sorry about that.
I thought I had made the change in a way that wouldn't affect existing campaigns, but that was incorrect in some cases. As you noted, maps that were unlocked and modified in some way still retain links to the old files. You can technically update the campaign/moduledb/DD Dragonlance Shadow of the Dragon Queen.xml file directly to replace all .jpg and .png links to point to .webp and it would still work with your edits.
