Beta 2023-12: Assets window default size too small

The default size of the Assets window now only shows 1 row of 4 icons (instead of 2 rows of 4 icons) leaving a lot of wasted space. It seems the default height of the window is just a tad too small to fully show the second row of icons.

Not a bug, but when the Assets window is in List view, it might look better using Left aligned text for folder/item titles instead of Center aligned. Maybe not though, just throwing it out there.

The default height shows two rows if you're at the home state; which was the intended state. I'll bump the size so that it shows two rows when a single row of navigation is shown. The content area will still be smaller if you drill deeper then one row of navigation buttons. You can always increase the size of the window, and it will be remembered between sessions.
