I'm not sure if this would be an easy bug to fix, but when you create a new character and you put their level 1 class in the character sheet, You get a prompt to ask, "What class is your favorite class?" The issue you run into is if you select a class different from your level 1 class. So for example purposes, I choose Bloodrager as my first level class and I select Paladin as my favorite class. When you open up the class & level details, it shows. Bloodrager 1/Paladin 0.
Here's where the glitch comes into play. I level up to level 2 and select Paladin to be a Bloodrager 1/Paladin 1. It asks me to choose hit points or skill point as normal, but now when I load the class & level details, it shows Bloodrager 1/Paladin 2. It dropped all of my paladin 2nd level abilities into my sheet aka Lay on Hands and Divine Grace, which I should not have yet and it did not put in any of my level 1 paladin abilities aka Smite Evil, Aura, or Detect Evil. This really messes up spellcasters as it doesn't load their spellcasting class to their action tab. Also, half-elf with two favorite classes gets wonky as well.
