Removed/Double Extensions Showing in List

Greetings,

Not game breaking, but annoying.

I am taking some time and cleaning up older/unused extensions, and while most are clearing up just fine, some are not coming off the list. If both are on the list they both link to the same extension. If the .ext file has been removed, it still loads.

Steps I have taken are reloading, rebooting, clearing recycle bin, starting a new campaign, and clearing cache from a sandbox campaign.

Thoughts?

Rename the extensions, modules, rulesets and vault folders within your FG data folder to backup; then run a brand new Check for Updates to rebuild all the store/Forge content you own. Then, you'll be starting fresh with only those items.
