Theme question???

Okay ... maybe I'm just missing it and I did look before I asked. I was watching a tutorial video on the core RPG system (So I guess it was pretty old)The theme they were using had the colorful shields for the right side bar and the story entries had scrolls as backgrounds.

Can anyone tell me what the name of this theme is and or if it is still in use?

That was the old FG2 layout and is no longer available.
