Tyranny of Dragons

Is there anything changed in Tyranny of Dragons vs the separate modules Hoard of the Dragon Queen and Rise of Tiamat? I was looking in the store and saw that they are a combo now and just curious if there is any additional content or if it updates the two separate modules. Thanks in advance!

There are some changes to certain encounters, descriptions, and NPCs. The story also joins up a little better. However if you have the two modules already you will not really benefit from the joined up one.
