First, let me just say I don't envy you guys who are working on this.
But what I'm wondering is... how will it work with existing modules and campaigns. Since the monster core won't be out until the spring. Will it just use the same monsters with alignment taken out? What about other classes. Will it allow the kineticist and gunslinger?

It breaks my brain trying to think of all the stuff you guys have to think of.

Paizo specifically have stated that all current products are compatible with remaster. So all existing classes can still be used.

There are some conversion notes we've been provided with - but they're pretty high level and a lot can't be automatically applied. Alignment's the easy one to change! And, yes, creatures will just have the alignment traits removed/ignored if running with the remaster rules.

Yes, it does cause us big headaches sometimes, and the conversions won't be perfect - as mentioned, a lot can't be done automatically; there's some we're not prioritizing for initial release.

Also, some areas will just be up to the GM/group to decide how they're going to handle the remaster rules. They can keep playing as is, they can move to remaster and pretty much keep playing as is, or they can fully move to remaster - the latter will probably require the GM and players to have a more than passing knowledge about all of the changes.
