Problem using the mask mode

Hi guys in the recently updates the mask mode dont work, the tokens, map and other have black screen to players.

My campaign use the 2E ruleset.

Do the players or the maps feature or have lighting and vision type enabled?
Mask mode is essentially just a black cover. One must reveal or redo the mask as you go.
Are you talking about Pathfinder 2e or AD&D 2nd Edition? Mask mode is separate from the line of sight and lighting occluders. Are you using an already provided map?
Without knowing more details, it's difficult to know or assume which issues you are actually having.
Which modules or content were you using?
