Players not seeing thier plus+es on rolls

Hi new FG DM
Players are seeing their rolls but not with the pluses for str/dex/proficiency bonus etc
I have fiddled with the DM options and FG is adding them BUT the players cant see , only get their vanilla D20 result
advice on which option or setting I need to tweak

We'll need more information to be able to help.

1) What ruleset are you using?
2) What rolls are the players making? Please provide a screenshot of a PC sheet and the chat window showing an example roll being made.

many thanks ! so DnD 5e

character Thrain rolls initiative and player sees a 18 in the chat tower but with the +4 its 22 and that shows in the combat tracker
same character rolls a 16 to hit as seen in chat tower but the actual number with bonus is 16 which i see as DM in chat tower
the damage rolled is then 4 as per chat window but total is 8
note its a bit screwed in chat tower as I have taken over character as GM but the same issue is happening in regards what the character sees versus the pluses
they see the base rolls and not the plus modified roll
so the modified roll is being applied but they don't see the total of the roll plus bonuses

Cloudflare has gotten more active on the site lately. It's the security on the backend that works to prevent robots from spamming us. If you select the Go Advanced button and then Manage Attachments you can upload there. And you will encounter the Cloudflare verifying you are a human window and then after that you can attach images as normal again. Until your humanity has to be verified again :)

ok hopefully attached now and again many thanks, and whilst i know this has the GM hidden dice its showing the same lack of pluses on the dice roll to players. apparently this was an old bug?

That appears to be a theme issue. The text is there, just blends into the white background. If you tried with the base 5E theme, you would see the text in the roll.

FYI you should only be using one theme. Since using more than one theme can give problems like that.
