Resize shortcut creates error log

Hello - I got an error when trying to resize a stamp that is part of FG Art Pack 2019. I was following the instructions from the Beginner Friendly Map Making - Fantasy Grounds Map & Image Creation with Joshua Watmough. Below is a link to the video. The Log is attached.
