I just found a map I made two years ago using FGU art subscription and map making tools is utterly black and gone.
Where is my map?
I've removed everything out of the campaign it was created in and left only the map.

Looks like the images used from the @Shockbolt GMW Kit 1 module were all .webp file extensions when you made the map, but now it looks like some have been changed to .jpg files (mostly the floors) and .png files. Which is strange as the recommendation for devs is to change to webp format. I'm guessing that maybe an old version of this module may have been mistakenly pushed into the update system.

The files in the Shockbolt GMW Kit 1 have always been jpg/png, since they were committed to our source control system. I have no idea why the images would be shown as .webp links.
Was the XML updated using a script or search/replace? Or did you somehow have a module override with the files in .webp format?

I did convert all my image files to .webp to compress them a few months back. But that was a manual process and a physical replacement process. It's possible I did something stupid like that when I got bored of reuploading them all as I would have thought any module data would have been accessed differently (not directly based on file type). I'll assume that is what happened and look into finding an older backed up version before that time and see if I can recover it. Thanks.

Sorry for wasting your guys time like this - I did in fact change all my images - and all my homemade modules - to webp format across the board. I then must have done a global replace in db.xml forgetting that I used other modules than my own to reference images out of. I didn't notice because it worked in 90% of the things I used. But some older things did reference external modules (not mine) for some very few images. Stupid for sure on my part.
