The map pins are visible, regardless whether I enable or disable them.

The fix for this issue should be available in the hot fix I pushed this morning. Please run a new Check for Updates, and try again.

I believe they had to roll back yesterday's fix due to other issues.

Yes, apologies. There was a roll back, since the fixed version introduced a bigger issue. I'll work on getting this updated on Monday/Tuesday, when @pindercarl is available.
