Hi, Bought Planescape Adv in the Multiverse and updated via FGU v4.4.0 updater (4.4.3 Ultimate program) to get new modules. Activated all modules (c.f. image) in my new campaign. The Adventure "D&D Planescape Turn of Fortune's Wheel" shows in Modules. However, there are no Turn of Fortune's Wheel stories available in the Story section. Is this by design?

The new modules are eschewing Story entries in favor of Reference Manual pages. Your second screen shot shows the Reference Manual for the book.

Just to piggyback off this, can anyone tell me where I can find Player versions of the maps in this module?

All the maps are player versions. All maps have a main (player layer) and a DM layer. The DM layer is not visible to the players when the map is shared (unless you make it visible to them of course).
