Is there anyway to set up a skill/activity, to use a flat number per the assurance rules? "Attempt an Athletics check against the target’s Reflex DC."

I would like to be able to make a "trip - assurance" Activity, skill, or spell/effect that will check the targets reflex DC.

is that possible?

There's not a direct way to do this currently, the best you can do is use the manual dice roll functionality just for the assurance check - manually setting the result.
