Single player unable to see battle maps

Hi there!

One of my players is unable to see maps. Other images that I share are showing up fine for him, but when we moved into the 3rd level of the dungeon, he's just getting a big red X instead of the map.

The other players are experiencing no problems. I had him uninstall and reinstall FG, but no luck.

Any suggestions?

The red X means he is missing the map its probably corrupted or missing. Have him clear his cache and resend the map.

To clear the cache - Ask the player to come out of Fantasy Grounds and then navigate to their data folder (click the folder icon to left of the start screen to get to this). Go into the cache folder and delete the folder inside that with your campaign name on it.

Its also possible the player didn't get the map because it's large and some security on the router or software blocked the file transfer.
