I am pretty sure I know the answer to this, but who knows...
I am currently in the process of converting 3.5 material into a module for a game starting tomorrow. Spend about 8 hours yesterday uploading and left FG up over night. Sat down at my PC this morning and the power flickered off for about 3 seconds. Tried to load back up the campaign that I am building the module in and it is missing about 40,000 lines of code out of the most recent DB file, dated from this morning, ending in nul nul nul.
The previous DB from the 6th file has about 60,000 lines, but is missing all of the data from yesterday's work. there is no db.restore or any files that I can find that actually have this information. I am missing half a dozen classes, probably 100 spells, all of the work I put into the module itself, and who knows what else.
Any chance of recovery?
Why doesn't FG have an autosave?
