Unable to upload png or jpg in vbulletin using "insert image"

This seems to have started failing in the last month. Is anyone else noticing this problem?
Both Chrome and Firefox fail at this.

I’ve personally never been able to get the Insert Image to work. I always use the Go Advanced option; and add files via the Manage Attachments button.

Yep, me too. Never got the insert image to work. Only ever use the Go Advanced method.

I could have sworn I use the regular insert image all the time (i.e. without going advanced). But its not working now. No big deal I guess.
