how can i transfer a character i created locally on my laptop to my PC? thanks :)

If you are going client-side to client-side, you can probably just copy the Application Data directory.

That will work. If you don't have any characters on your PC you can just copy the xml file in the Characters folder data apps. If you do have some characters you will need to cut and paste the character in the xml file of your PC. Make sure you only have one version of that character.
