Character Exports

Can a GM export/transfer/copy a character from one campaign to another campaign? Can characters be exported into a separate file and given to the player so they can use them in a different game master's campaign? (Obviously, the new game master will need to import them into their own campaign.)

Anyone (players and DMs) can create a new campaign and import any character they have ever played or created into that campaign using the import button at the bottom of the character selection window (players can do this from the character selection window when they join a DMs game). Characters can be exported to a file using /exportchar <charactername> or by clicking on the edit list button at the bottom of the character selection window and then clicking on the export button which appears beside the character.
