FGU Updater stuck at "Getting purchases"

This started happening only this morning, began two hours ago and it's still happening.
The updater shows this:


Beginning Update
Getting products...
Found 19 products
Getting purchases...

then gets stuck for a couple of minutes or so, after which it shows:

Error: HTTP/1.1 524 Unknown HTTP status
Retrying in 10 seconds
And every 10 seconds thereafter it shows the same error.

The updater logs show the same thing plus the response body with the 19 products.

I have checked my computer firewall, router firewall and antivirus and I don't see anything blocking internet traffic to addresses or ports that would affect FGU (to my knowledge, at least)

I get the same, so I think there's an issues with the update servers. Thanks for reporting the problem, hopefully SmiteWorks see this soon and get it fixed.

It's worth pointing out that this error wipes away from the installation folder the content purchased from the Forge, too. So until it's fixed, better warn people not to update.

I was getting that too up until about a minute or two ago. Just rechecked again and seems to be working, at least for me.

This issue should be fixed now. (per Moon Wizard on Discord).
