Did support for AD&D 2E just get dropped from Fantasy Grounds unity?

Can't load D&D 2E campaign. Also can't create D&D 2E campaigns.

You might need to provide more information. I am able to open and create 2E campaigns. Does it provide you an error message that we can check over? The only thing I can think it might be is the Classic D&D ruleset is either missing or corrupt on your computer. Which you would need to find it in your ruleset folder and delete it and re-run the updater.

I have no problems creating a new 2E campaign.
