Selling individual items from party sheet

We're in PF1e/3.5. Is there a way to sell individual items that are in the party sheet, rather than everything all at once? The only way we've found to exclude items is to give them quantity zero, but that doesn't work great if you want to sell just a couple of items or if you don't want to have to remember how many of each thing are in there.

If you give something an assignment it won't be sold. So you can give it "Party" or "save" and then you the auto sell button. Otherwise I think you have to sell one item at a time manually.
