I am not receiving email notifications of new messages, and I cannot access my profile. Is it just me or are others having the same problem?

The message I get when trying to access my profile is:

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, whom you can also contact if the problem persists.

I am receiving private message notifications, but not subscribed thread notifications. Even annoying ones!
