Is it safe to reorganize tokens and assets?

I have a lot of different token packs and I would like to know if I will destroy anything if I start sorting them?

If you move a token or other asset that is linked to something in a campaign will lose that connection when you move it. So the answer depends on whether the tokens are linked to NPCs in any of your campaigns.

It will break any links inside existing image or NPC or character records to those assets; as the "key" to look up the asset names is the path.
