Is there any way of adding additional language fonts? Example: In DragonLance the Nordmaarian language uses the Istarian font.

Seems like a lot of hassle to go through. It would be better of there was a way to add fonts directly in the Languages window.

P.S. Any plans of adding the region specific languages that DragonLance 5e mentions?

Not that I've heard of. It's not the type of thing SmiteWorks generally spends their development resources on.
If there are open source or redistributable fonts, someone could make an extension to share with others on the Forge.

It's not that bad. I used the link posted combined with this one https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?58820-Integrating-custom-fonts-into-FG&highlight=adding+font and had it up and running in about 20 minutes. Wouldn't have taken that long but I zipped the containing folder and it doesn't like that.
