Hi there. I'm trying to figure something out and haven't had any luck myself, so I figured I would ask here.

I have a player that has a weapon that rerolls 1s on damage and he has a crit range of 19-20. I have it working on his character sheet, but the player is often not able to play and having his character sheet up as yet another window is a pain as the DM, so I wanted him on the combat tracker as an NPC to make it easier for myself. I've got everything else working. If its possible, could someone let me know what text to put where, with maybe a sample text for me?

A second question- is it possible to have a different automated crit table a specific monster? Specifically, the creature would roll on a custom wild magic table on a critical hit. I'm thinking this is a no but figured I'd ask.
I can just ignore the original table and bring up the other one manually.

Thanks!

When this happens to me, I have another player run the character.

But, if you want to go the NPC route, you can use Improved Critical feature, see here; 5E NPCs and Encounters - Fantasy Grounds Customer Portal - Confluence (atlassian.net) (https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996641934/5E+NPCs+and+Encounters#Extra-Criticals) Don't think there is anything for an NPC to use Re-Roll. EDIT: oh, you can add an effect to the combat tracker, but it will affect all attack rolls.

Not automatically on the crit table. But you can make your own table and just know to use it when that specific monster crits like you seem to already be doing.

Another easy way to roll for a PC who is not there, without opening the character sheet, is to just drag the attack and damage rolls down to seperate hot keys. Assuming the crit and reroll are set up correctly on the character sheet - rolling off the hot keys will work as expected.

Rather than using targeting, I find its usually faster to drag roll off the hot key.
