Ref-Manual Individual pages arrows cut

Noticed this in AD&D 2E and since I use the CoreRPG code for this I checked 5e and saw the same thing to make sure.

Note the arrows at the bottom of the popout. Resizing the page doesn't help.

Same on the 5E ruleset too. I did not check without EXT.
