The Feature Request link doesn't work

For some reason this link does work for me, but the one stickied does not work for me. The only difference seems to be the https so maybe that doesn't work for the site anymore?

EDIT: Also, question, is this list updated? Like when updates are given to FG that do the request, is the corresponding feature request then removed?

http works for me. https does not. Don't use https.

The list is updated when you add an idea or vote or add a comment.

The items are only statused very infrequently. Maybe every year or three. Last time seems to be June.
