I hope I am in the right area, but I am having issues trying to find my answer. I want to be able to as the GM be able to read a whisper from player to player. Makes it easier for conversations to happen simultaneously. For example:
Player 1 whispers to Player 4 as Players 2 and 3 are conversing over voice chat. But the GM wants to read the whisper in the application for story progression instead of everyone waiting their turn to speak.
I hope this was able to explain my question. Links, guides, or answers would be lovely.

Change the game options. When in game, select the options icon in the upper right and scroll until you find the option to show the GM whispers.
Depending on ruleset, you can reference the wiki for details. See this for D&D 5E; 5E Campaign Options - Fantasy Grounds Customer Portal - Confluence (atlassian.net) (https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996642014/5E+Campaign+Options)

Checking your settings as LE mentioned is the first part. Then there are a couple of extensions that work very well with Whispers too. My game is entirely chat based so we use these many times in a session.

Stage WhisperWith this extension, whenever someone whispers to another person, it will show a notification in chat to everyone not included that the two people are whispering. The goal is to simulate the feeling when the GM takes a player out of the room to talk, or two players step aside and have a private conversation; everyone knows that something is being discussed, even if they don't know what it is.

Thank you so much for the wisdom to you both! I appreciate the help and found the setting. I don't know why I did not even think about the settings....
