Help with this error, has been on going

That appears to be a control produced by an extension. So the error is having a hard time creating it as no vertical anchor was defined. When facing errors, it's best to create a fresh campaign without any extensions and see if that also produces the same error when you try to replicate the issue.

Thanks, really appreciate your help on helping me isolate that it is caused by an extension!

There are hundreds of extensions. It may be something related to tokens in the extension name or it might not be.
First make sure that you have them all up to date.
Make a record of the extensions that you have enabled and then disable a few at a time until you find out which on it is.
