Sound for Conan?

When will Conan get the Sound update? And for some reason I thought it already had it but it's not there so now I'm not sure if I imagined that or not now. Too much Lotus probably...

It's there in the Conan ruleset - the Sounds Context and Sound Sets sidebar menus are present.
