I have been looking for software that exports Webm video files, preferably V8 without having to convert, but so far haven't had much luck.
Blender can render to Webm V9
Unity can but requires HDRP to render with transparency. (HDRP is too much for my PC I think)
I have look at several others
Moho, Cartoonz, Openshot, and Davinchi but still have issues with either learning them or hardware handling them.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
