I have a new player, and he keeps getting booted out of FGU. I searched for solutions, and made sure he is not on one of the ISPs that are bad for FGU (e.g. Comcast,) and even tried remoting in to see about other Issues (e.g. Macafee,) but don't see anything unusual. He isn't behind a VPN or anything like that. Any suggestions?
Thanks, and sorry if I am missing something obvious. Strange that he gets booted repeatedly, and after being let in for a few minutes.

Some network troubleshooting here https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/1981349889/Network+Troubleshooting
Sounds like some kind of security software or intermittent internet connection. Possibly it requires logging into their ISP’s website to disable it.

It's Spectrum, which I also have. I am unaware of any ISP based security software. And I can rule out intermittent internet, because I was using remote desktop to view his screen and witnessed the crash myself. I will keep investigating.

Look in firewall (router or software) for anything like flood control protection and turn it off

Is this player using a wireless connection? Wireless connections tend to often have this behavior.
