[BUG] - Second Wind's rest is set to daily using the CW when creating a character.

When creating a fighter class character through the character wizard with FGU 4.4.2, the second wind action is configured for a long rest rather than a short or long rest, with the setting being Daily in the rest field. I've built 4 characters, including choosing higher level characters, and they all configured with the same Daily rest period, not the Rest rest period.

It looks like this also happens with action surge when using the advancement wizard to increase the levels of the character, I did not check to see if it also had an issue during the creation of a level 2 fighter while using the character creation wizard.

This will not impact already added abilities; but will adjust the recharge period on new abilities added.
