What is the ETA on getting the archetype form the Stolen Fate PG?

The Stolen Fate Player's Guide should now be available to anyone who has any of the three parts of the Stolen Fate Adventure Path. Run an update and then activate the Stolen Fate Player's Guide module. This contains the Harrower dedication feats.
