Character wizard Spells Error

An error appears when selecting the spells tab while in the character wizard for the following classes: Bard,Druid, Wizard

Operating System / Language Setting:
Windows 11 / French(Swiss)

Steps to Reproduce:
Character wizard -> class ->(bard, druid or Wizard)->spells = error

the error is the same for the three classes : 57965
