Trip after attack

I don t know how i can automatise a CMB roll after a bite attack for a familliar.
Can someone help me please ?

If you mean automatically roll a CMB when the bite attack hits, you can't.

However, you can set up an action that uses the creature's CMB. To do this, don't add it as a weapon. Instead, do this:

1. Add a Spell Class to the familiar's action tab (this should work whether you're using a character sheet or NPC sheet for the familiar)
2. Bump up level 0 spells to 1
3. Add a spell to the level 0 section, and call it trip or grab or CMB as appropriate.
4. Right click the spell and add a cast action.
5. In the attack section, where it says 'None', click several times until it says CMB.

You can now target a creature and then click the cast button to have it perform a CMB attack on that target. You can also add any damage or effects as additional actions. For example, an effect that adds the 'prone' effect to your target if your trip succeeds.
