WEBM image not showing

Hi

I am trying to use the new animated maps feature for the first time. I was able to download the file fine. But when I open it in FG all that comes up is a blank (grey) box. Please can someone help?

You probably have a WebM file that is version 9 instead of the version 8 FGU supports. You might want to check out this thread:

Hi, cheers for the link. I followed the instruction but I can not see a number under the video compression column on the webm file. I do see it on mp4 file though.

That probably means it's not the right format. To be 100% sure I sue MediaInfo: https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo It adds a right-click menu to file explorer to allow you to open a file and view the codec information - very handy for checking single files.
