Fixed bonus to specific number rolled on damage die

Is it possible to code a fixed bonus to a specific number rolled on a damage die? I know it is possible to do a reroll on a 1 or 2 for a damage roll but let's say I wanted to create a feat that adds +2 to the damage roll only if the player rolls a 1 or 2 on the roll. Can that be done?

You would have to create an extension and code it in the Lua.
