Characters not loading in character window

Hello,
Having trouble with loading characters. When starting FGU the character window comes up but no characters are loading. What could be causing this?

Are you a player or the GM? If you are a player are you connected to a GM?

I'm the GM. One of my players is having the problem.

Did they miss a session? Did you give control to another player? Try clearing ownership on the character in question.

Problem seems to have resolved itself. Think it was the cache.
