Api?

Just wondering if there is some sort of publicly available API for users to send GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE requests to their campaign? I'm thinking along the lines of sending text imports for NPCs or tables in json format and have them show up in a specific campaign?

Nope.
edit: there are ways inside FG to import data into the running campaign, but no external method.
