"Sound Panel" Missing

I am having a heck of a time trying out the new Syrinscape goodies. I picked up the three new sound packs via Steam and I'm able to activate them and see them in the Sound Sets tab. However, when I try to follow the setup instructions here (https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/2078932993/Using+Sound+Links), I don't have a "Sound Panel" button on the upper right corner of the chat window.

Fantasy Grounds Unity is fully updated. I tried disabling all of the extensions in my campaign and even created a brand new campaign without any extensions enabled, but still no joy. Any ideas for further troubleshooting?

That is an old screenshot. Access the "Sound: Context" window via the music-notes icon in the Tool sidebar menu.
